Each player may hold only one bca4d account. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts will be closed immediately and any balances forfeited.
All deposits and withdrawals are processed through verified Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and approved e-wallets in your name only.
All promotional bonuses are subject to transparent wagering requirements. bca4d does not impose hidden conditions that contradict the spirit of any promotional offer.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use bca4d. We strictly enforce this age restriction in compliance with responsible gaming standards. Any Account found to have been opened by a person under 21 will be closed immediately, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to appropriate authorities. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older.
The bca4d platform is intended primarily for players residing in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are a legal resident of Indonesia or that your use of the platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access it. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their participation is permitted under the laws of their jurisdiction.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of Indonesia. If you are under a legal disability or guardianship arrangement that restricts your capacity to enter contracts, you are not eligible to use the Platform.
The following persons are not eligible to use bca4d:
bca4d employs automated and manual systems to detect ineligible registrations. Accounts opened in breach of eligibility requirements will be closed without notice and any balance forfeited.
To use bca4d's real-money services, you must create an Account by completing our registration form with accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, mobile phone number, and email address.
Each person is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate Accounts will be closed immediately, all balances associated with the duplicate Account(s) will be forfeited, and bca4d reserves the right to close the primary Account as well.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to:
bca4d will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to maintain appropriate security over your credentials.
All bca4d Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Transactions are processed in IDR and displayed using the Rupiah symbol (Rp) with dot-separated thousands (e.g., Rp 1.000.000).
bca4d is required to verify the identity of all players before permitting withdrawals and, in some cases, before granting full platform access. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Completing KYC does not indicate that bca4d endorses or warrants the accuracy of information provided — it simply confirms identity to a reasonable standard.
To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit the following documents:
bca4d aims to process KYC submissions within 1 to 24 hours of receipt. You will be notified by email and SMS once your Account has been verified. If additional documentation is required, our compliance team will contact you with specific instructions. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in Account suspension pending verification.
bca4d reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time, including when a Player's cumulative withdrawals exceed defined thresholds or when suspicious account activity is detected. This ongoing obligation is a condition of continued Account use.
bca4d accepts deposits via the following payment channels, all processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):
Minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. bca4d does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or payments from third-party accounts.
Deposits are credited to your Account balance within seconds of bank confirmation for e-wallets and typically within 1–5 minutes for bank transfers, subject to the processing times of the respective financial institution. bca4d is not responsible for delays caused by the issuing bank or payment provider.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name that matches the name on your verified KYC documents. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. To submit a withdrawal request:
bca4d targets a withdrawal processing time of under 5 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. During periods of exceptional demand or system maintenance, processing may take up to 2 hours. bca4d has maintained a 100% withdrawal fulfillment record since launch and guarantees that no legitimate withdrawal request will go unpaid.

Players wishing to withdraw amounts exceeding their daily limit should contact customer support to arrange a scheduled large withdrawal. Additional documentation may be required.
bca4d monitors all deposit and withdrawal activity for signs of money laundering, fraud, and match-fixing. We reserve the right to delay or decline any transaction that triggers our internal risk protocols, pending further investigation. Players whose transactions are flagged will be contacted promptly by our compliance team.
bca4d offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion in addition to the general terms set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
New players who make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a 100% match bonus up to Rp 20.000.000. The following conditions apply:
bca4d actively monitors bonus usage for patterns consistent with abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value, coordinated bonus farming across multiple accounts, and exploitation of software errors. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have the bonus and any associated winnings voided, and may be permanently suspended.
Unclaimed bonuses expire 7 days after they are issued to your Account unless otherwise stated. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements within the specified period will be automatically removed from your Account balance.
Wagering requirements are calculated on the sum of the deposit amount and the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 1.000.000 deposit receiving a Rp 1.000.000 bonus with a 10× requirement means you must wager Rp 20.000.000 in total before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
All games offered on the bca4d platform — including sports betting, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and sabung ayam (cockfighting streams) — are governed by their respective game-specific rules, which are available within each game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these rules before placing any wager.
Sports bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport in question. For football, this is the result at the end of 90 minutes plus any referee-added injury time, unless otherwise specified (e.g., for tournament knockout stages where extra time and penalties apply). Togel results are taken directly from the official draw results published by the respective international lottery pools (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, etc.). bca4d does not influence or control draw outcomes. Disputes regarding togel results must be submitted within 24 hours of the draw result being published.
In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the outcome of a game, bca4d will investigate and resolve the matter based on available server logs and game provider records. bca4d's decision in such matters is final. No compensation is payable for games that were affected by technical errors on the player's device or internet connection.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:
All content on the bca4d Platform — including but not limited to the bca4d brand name, logo, website design, software code, game graphics, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of bca4d or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent from bca4d. Unauthorized use of bca4d's intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal channels.
bca4d strives to maintain 99.9% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. bca4d is not liable for any loss of gaming opportunity or profit resulting from planned or unplanned downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bca4d's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bca4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform.
bca4d is not liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations arising from Force Majeure events. In such circumstances, bca4d will endeavor to restore services as quickly as practicable and will communicate updates to affected players through official channels.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting bca4d customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within 5 business days, provided your Account is in good standing and all KYC requirements are met. Bonus Funds that have not satisfied wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
bca4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed due to a material breach, bca4d reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part proportional to the nature of the breach.
bca4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering for an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Key data protection principles observed by bca4d include: data minimization (collecting only what is necessary), purpose limitation (using data only for stated purposes), storage limitation (retaining data only as long as required), and security (protecting data with industry-standard encryption and access controls).

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bca4d is incorporated and licensed, as supplemented by internationally recognized principles of commercial law where applicable.
In the event of any dispute between you and bca4d, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. The majority of issues are resolved at this stage within 48 hours. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the following escalation path applies:
